The match saw the presence of some enthusiastic primary school pupils who participated in the just concluded introductory cricket course for primary schools. The kids could not hide their excitement as they watched live cricket games for the first time in their lives.

Electronic scoring was introduced for more accurate documentation of results by the Anambra State League Management Committee. Scorers were trained on how to use the application to redefine how cricket is administered, shared and analysed.actions from the league
